- China Construction Bank Gold Note for the Year of the Pig was launched, with nearly 3.3 million sets sold within three days, and its sales totaled to nearly 2.2 billion yuan.
August
- CTI 2018 World Cup Project Commendation Conference was successfully held. In 2018, CTI’s series of official commemorative collections about the Russia World Cup was designed and developed under the authorization of the FIFA, which created a new high in the industry.
- The list of “2018 China Competition of Creative Packaging Design” was announced, in which CTI won 7 awards. Among them, “The Ancient Coin” won the second prize; “Golden Dog Blessing Chinese Zodiac Commemorative Silver Coin”, “Saint Seiya” Memorial Series, “Guang Da Ruyi Fu” 2018 New Year's Culture Gold, and “2018 Russian World Cup Commemorative Gold Medals” won the third prize; “The Forbidden City Lucky Fortune Treasures” and “Marvel Super Heroes Commemorative Coins” won the finalist prize.
- CTI reached an exclusive strategic cooperative agreement with “Bazaar Jewelry”, the fashion jewelry magazine.

- CTI won several awards in the “2018 Huali Awards China Gift Design Competition”. Among all awards, “The Forbidden City Lucky Fortune Treasures” and “Guang Da Ruyi Fu” 2018 New Year's Culture Gold won the gold medal; “China Construction Bank Gold Note for the Year of the Dog” won the silver medal; “China Construction Bank Gold Note for the Year of the Monkey”, “China Construction Bank Gold Note for the Year of the Rooster”, “the Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf Gold Note”, and “Marvel Super Heroes Commemorative Gold Set” won the bronze medal.
- CTI Young Designer Peng Zhong won the 2018 Red Dot Award once again with his original work “Ruo/Tea Spoon” .
- CTI was invited to “2018 Future Jewelry” organized by the fashion media “Bazaar Jewelry”, and became the first member of the “Future Jewelry Global Creative Alliance” initiated by the conference.

- In the 11th China Art Power 100 and the First China Design Power 100 Award Ceremony, CTI’s designer Peng Zhong’s design work “Yizhenjiangshan” office series was shortlisted in the top 100 of the 2017 Chinese Art Power List.

- The annual conference of “CTI’s Advancement and Achievements” was held in Grand Epoch City. The final of CTI World Cup speech contest was successfully held.
- “To Pay Tribute to the Classics” World Cup Culture Forum and the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia official commemorative conference were held at the People’s Daily and broadcasted on the People’s Daily network. CTI officially launched “2018 Russian World Cup Commemorative Silver Medals” and “2018 Russian World Cup Commemorative Gold Medals”.
